As a proud gun owner and supporter of the Second Amendment, Grady is passionate about helping people understand their rights as gun owners. He regularly advises his fellow Texans regarding a multitude of Second Amendment issues ranging from use of force and civil liability to navigating the often-murky waters of the National Firearms Act (“NFA”). He is passionate about representing people from all walks of life and has zealously advocated on behalf of hundreds of clients across Texas and Colorado spanning a range of civil litigation matters such as personal injury, premises liability, commercial litigation, and employment law.
