NICOLE N. SCHULTZ

Growing up and hunting on family farms, Nicole Schultz is a strong supporter of gun rights. Throughout her life she has sought to defend those who cannot defend themselves, and as a result, she is a firm supporter of the Second Amendment, self-defense, and more importantly, the defense of others. Nicole has advised hundreds of gun owners on issues ranging from general carry and LTC inquiries to more technical laws and regulations, including questions about pistol braces and SBRs.

Nicole believes that success stems from tenacity, a keen perspective, and zealous commitment. Her steadfast reliability and persistence allowed her to graduate with her B.A. in English at the young age of 19 from Texas A&M University. As an undergraduate, Nicole demonstrated her commitment to success through the completion of an undergraduate thesis, her acceptance into Phi Beta Kappa, and her performance on the Texas A&M Archery Team where she was a nationally ranked archer and earned two collegiate gold medals from the 2017 national championship. That same year, she was accepted into SMU Dedman School of Law where she went on to complete directed research for a law school professor, intern for two in-house counsels of international companies, and clerk for a state supreme court justice. Nicole employs this same drive and achievement in her dedication to clients’ interests.

During law school, Nicole earned accolades in moot court and negotiations and familiarized herself with business vernacular, which gave her a firm foundation in her experience with active litigation, transactions, compliance, data privacy and retention, employment and business law matters, and international legal issues. Nicole’s diverse background, attention to detail, and fervent persistence allows her to surpass others in her story-telling abilities and take complex legal issues and efficiently transform them into accurate, simple, and understandable terms for both clients and attorneys.
