Appeal Withdrawn! Constitutional Carry Unconstitutional. What You Need to Know.

In a huge upset to gun grabbers, there have been significant developments in the rights of 18, 19, and 20-year-olds to engage in constitutional carry. In its latest move, Texas DPS has moved to withdraw its appeal fighting the claim that barring 18, 19, and 20-year-olds from Texas Constitutional Carry is unconstitutional. Armed Attorneys Emily Taylor and Richard Hayes discuss the motives behind this decision and when it could go into effect.
